Spooky Season is a TikTok effect built with Midjourney-generated “spooky” backgrounds. Pumpkins, cemeteries and headstones, spooky, gnarled trees… you know, what an AI considers to be “spooky stuff.” Tap the screen to cycle randomly between four different backgrounds.

Also, a fun fact about this one. My wife, the incomparable Caity Schenker, helped design the icon for this effect. After about 10 rounds of iterations, she settled on the one you see attached to this post, and her iterative process also led me to make the subject have an 80% opacity to have a ghostly effect.
